About us

Kevin

Kevin (Suchart) is the boss of Real English for Gamers. Appropriately, he has been avid gamer ever since he learned to use the computer. He has also studied digital filmmaking and has much video editing experience. He is bi-lingual, English, and Thai, with many Thai friends who struggle with English. That is how the idea for the project came about.

Terry

Terry (Kevin’s dad) is retired. He is now our informal (unpaid) technical advisor. He knows something about teaching English to non-native speakers, having a Masters Degree in the field. He also has 25 years in the classroom, teaching in Thailand, the University of Minnesota, France and Malaysia. More directly related to Real English for Gamers, he ran the Bangkok Post’s learning program and website for 25 years, teaching English through the latest news.

Martin Raym, Denmark, designed and implemented this WordPress site, something we could not have done ourselves. Both Denis and Martin accept freelance work and can be contacted through Upwork: https://www.upwork.com

Utit Choomuang, Thailand, drew the original sketches for the male and female gamers at the top of the web pages. Utit is retired but was one of the principal animators and managers for the world-famous The Simpsons program.
